The ceiling of hospitality! The room’s cleanliness and shining facilities exceeded our expectation. But what stood out the most were the staff. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful and took an extra mile to make sure we have a pleasant experience. Everyone has done an excellent job. I would love to comeback just to express my gratefulness for the staff, perhaps thanks to the leaders or management team also. Although the island may not have anything for me to explore but if I transit in Haikou again, Baofeng hotel is on the list.

The 2 bedroom apartment is roomy and great for families. The room is quite new and well presented with a smart toilet and up to date interior. Front desk staff 009 is very friendly and helpful.
Pool is under renovation but the pool area should be great after the renovation by the look of it now.
