HL's service at the front desk is particularly good, responsive to all requests, warm and thoughtful.
The room is large and has an indoor balcony. It would be perfect if there was a clothes drying rack on the balcony.

房間布草很高檔，很乾凈，針數很高，很舒服，窗簾質地很好尤其白色紗簾，回去家裡也換了同款。記憶枕很棒，不知道什麼牌子的，有空回覆一下。停車方便，電梯衞生希望加強一下，樓層防火門油漆補一下，邊上加防撞條，延長使用壽命。

整理來説不錯，我們是當天凌晨一點多到達的酒店，前台小姐姐跟我們説早上可以去吃早餐，非常貼心，本來是訂的兩晚，後面住了四晚，離市區都挺方便的。

房間很乾凈，我是在海口讀大學的時候偶爾週末在市區玩就會住這家酒店，現在結婚了，過年爸媽和弟弟妹妹從內地來海口玩，返程前一天定了這家酒店，因為是過年期間入住，酒店準備了小紅包和零食，凌晨兩點多趕輪渡的情況下酒店還提前準備好了五盒餃子，真的很暖心了！感謝～祝新的一年酒店生意興隆，財源廣進！
