It's about a 20-minute walk to the food street near the south gate of Ocean University. Service: We booked a family room, but when we checked in late at night, they told us that someone else had extended their stay in the family room, so our room was no longer available? They could only give us two double rooms. Regarding someone else extending their stay, you should have informed them that the room was already booked and couldn't be extended. This is equivalent to giving our room to someone else. You guarantee the experience of others, but how can you guarantee our experience? What's the point of us booking in advance? In short, I won't come here again.

This is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during the four-day trip. I like the whole layout. You can sit on the windowsill to rest, there is also a desk for working, and other facilities are also complete. Although it is on the fourth floor, it is not high. The boss will help with the luggage. There is also a microwave downstairs to heat the food. It is very considerate. It is very close to Baiyun Cave Library, Sky Mountain, Century Bridge and Hainan University, and is convenient for travel. Haikou is really suitable for cycling. I will book it again next time I go there.
