Atour Hotel Xueyuan Road East Railway Station Haikou

A very bad check-in experience. I have been a gold member of Atour for three years and have stayed in thirty or forty Atour hotels. I feel that the main advantage of this brand is good service, which is completely not achieved in this hotel. When I checked in at the hotel, the two people at the front desk were chatting. I checked in after they finished chatting. They didn't even show basic respect. Other Atour hotels greeted me warmly and poured me a cup of tea to check me in quickly. The attitude of the front desk was very bad. They were perfunctory in checking in and didn't mention the rights and interests such as the duty-free shop coupons given. I was given a last room. It took two minutes to walk to the elevator. The takeaway robot couldn't deliver to the door of the room, which was very inconvenient. The occupancy rate was not high either. I don't know if it was intentional. The room was very damp and smelled like a sewer, which was disgusting. The hotel says it's a high-speed railway station store, but it's actually three kilometers away from the East Station. It's in a residential building and the location is particularly bad. When I passed by the front desk at night, I basically gave you a blank look and continued to play with my phone. I've stayed in other Atour hotels and they all greeted me warmly. It's really bad. When checking in at the front desk, tea was served. The invoice was issued very quickly. The air was clear, the room was tidy, and the breakfast was delicious.

CP is very high, the room is large, with sufficient supplies, tea bags, coffee bags, etc., the decoration is very modern and clean! The price is very affordable, the breakfast is rich and tastes good, the service is very considerate and the staff is very friendly. It is 10 minutes by taxi from Haikou East Station.
