Every time I come to Hainan, I will choose to live in Longquan. Three-star, cost-effective, convenient travel. Very satisfied with the room was clean and tidy. There was ☕️ on the second floor. There were meals, dinners, fitness equipment on the first floor. The young lady at the front desk was particularly enthusiastic. You can also wash your hair and massage on the fifth floor.

We stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful. At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay

I finally have time to comment. I found out that an old Chinese medicine doctor traveled to Haikou and came specifically to seek medical advice. My husband and children accompanied me there, thinking it was my first time in Haikou and I wanted to take the baby for a walk. My kid wanted to take a hot spring bath, so a local friend in Haikou recommended Mission Hills Resort. At first, I booked the Mission Hills Hotel for 998 with breakfast. When I opened ** and saw the live broadcast of the small garden enclosure, it showed that it was also in the Mission Hills Resort. I checked with the host and found out that it was next to the Mission Hills Hotel, in the same place. Home, shared breakfast and hot spring, 599 includes breakfast and hot spring. Since it was Christmas day, it showed that there was no room. I think it is very cost-effective, and we have never stayed in the enclosed house, so we booked it on Ctrip. It was 100 more expensive. 12 o'clock When we arrived at the hotel, the handsome man checked us in the day before yesterday. He specially arranged a room with a good location for us and led us to the room. He also introduced that this building was originally a spa place for Mission Hills guests and was later converted into guest rooms. The next day I wanted to take my kids out for some fun, but it was inconvenient to bring my luggage, so I asked the handsome guy at the front desk if I could delay check-out. The reply was that he could delay check-out until 2 p.m. It was already past 1 p.m. when we got back to the hotel, and we didn’t have enough time for a lunch break. Our flight was after 6pm, so I communicated with the beautiful woman at the front desk how much it would cost to delay the flight by 2 hours. After communicating with the manager, the beautiful woman replied that I could postpone our flight until 4pm for free, which was really heart-warming. The overall feeling of the hotel is very quiet, which I like very much. This trip to Haikou was very pleasant. It cured my dizziness problem that I had suffered for many years. The children also had a great time playing in the hotel.

I recently visited the Flair Bar on the 20th floor of the Ritz-Carlton in Haikou and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The bartender, Cathy, displayed remarkable skill and creativity with her cocktail mixology, making each drink not just a beverage but a memorable experience. The manager, Sophie, ensured everything ran smoothly, reflecting her excellent management skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the waitresses Vicky and Ruby were the epitome of professionalism and warmth, making our stay even more enjoyable with their attentive and friendly service. The ambiance of the bar was elevated by their combined efforts, making it a must-visit spot. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service which significantly enhanced our evening!

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location is quite good, not that crowded than in downtown. A special thanks goes to Erin Wu. She made it happen that we got our rental car. I want also mention Kourtney Hey and Steve Shi for their good support struggling with my Apps. Also our room maid was great, I got always a extra coffee bag🙂. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that you have to wear a swim cap in main swimming pool. That’s the first time that we had to do this but this is a governmental rule I was told. Nevertheless, we can highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, hotel is nice and fancy. Grand lobby as you enter. The only downside of the outdoor pool is that you can’t use it when there’s a chance of thunderstorm and considering the Haikou weather, this is quite frequent. You are also forced to wear a swimming cap in the pool, which some do not prefer.
