Very poor rooms, extremely expensive, no value services I do not recommend and very disappointed from a Gonden Tulip hotel for the first time. Room Window not closing has to call a technician to come and fix it AC / HEATER NOT WORKING Room was not even prepared properly for the guest missing shampoo sleepers covers 170 usd/night is an extremely high price compared to the very poor situation of the hote and the rooms. Staff was great.

The Hotel Golden Tulip was a satisfactory hotel. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. However, our sink did not drain (even over night!) and the shower had almost zero water pressure. This is not the Golden Tulip standard we expect. The breakfast was "ok." If you are staying in Ha'il, there may be better places to stay. We were very disappointed.

Stayed one night on a tour. Quiet location. Spacious room with modern decor. Plenty of power outlets. Room amenities included mini-fridge, electric kettle and laptop-size safe. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious bathroom with everything in working order. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of a shower door, which resulted in getting the bathroom floor wet. Wifi worked well. Breakfast with good selection.

Old rooms with furniture falling apart, air conditioning only cold with highs of 8 degrees outside (they had to put an electric heater in the room). Restaurant for dinner and breakfast just sufficient. Good internet connection. Positive note, very helpful staff.

Séjour au cours d'une circuit nous emmenant sur Hail. Malgré une première bonne impression à la réception, la découverte de la chambre révèle que la ""Golden Tulip" est plutôt fanée. Je vous recommande de ne pas trop regarder car tout ce que vous verrez est cassé... de l'interrupteur de l'applique de lit au porte serviette de la salle de bain en.passant par le carrelage pas droit... bref, il devait être au standard il y a peut-être 35 ans mais plus maintenant... un gros travail de rénovation est à réaliser... Pour le petit-déjeuner, le choix est très très limité, attendez vous à ce que ce soit plutôt frugal... après, l'offre d'hôtel à Hail est limitée...
