We had a amazing time in this hotel while visiting Snow Town. The service provided by staff in the hotel it's so amazing they are really helpful. You can buy the activity tickets from the hotel itself they will give you a good discount. The heater in the room work so good outside is around -15.

There is no separate shower place and had to take shower right in front of the toilet bowl. The front desk was rude in checking in and refunding the security deposit demanding a receipt which they did not issue when checking in. In general, this hotel did not provide a compatible facility and services. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel

Small room and the toilet is extremely small with the price paid. The service lacked warmth and friendliness.

Overall the accommodation was ok. Things worked. Just that it is far away from the bus station (the other end of 雪韵大街). Its a 10 to 15 min walk. The room was really small. You can't really hang your clothes or spread out your luggage. And you do not have a standing space for the shower. But I guess all are ok as most just stayed 1 night.

My family, the homestay we stayed in during this trip to Xuexiang was really amazing! The location is great, right in the Xuexiang scenic area, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Xuexiang when you go out. The room is warmly decorated, the bed is clean and comfortable, and it is warm as soon as you enter the room. The boss is warm and hospitable, helping to plan the route and preparing souvenirs. This experience must be recommended!

The hotel's own breakfast is great, and it's right in the scenic area. You can stroll along Xueyun Street, and the snowy town under the bright neon lights is like a fairy tale world. You can taste street snacks, frozen pears, frozen persimmons, etc. It's a really good experience
