我們在那裡住了 2 晚，沒有清潔服務。垃圾桶沒清。第 2 天我們必須自己去接待員那裡領取瓶裝水和衞生紙。浴室很舊。馬桶座圈很冷。房間很冷，他們説地板有加熱器，但很冷。床有加熱器，很熱。床很硬，床墊很薄，所以如果你有背痛，最好不要選擇這種類型的住宿。由於淡季，工作人員不提供拼車服務而且不推薦任何去的地方。所以我們得自己做功課。

雪鄉住宿總體都很貴，但是雪韻閣名宿價格合理，是大家都可以接受的範圍，我們的房間很大，差不多可以住下4個人了，我和兒子兩個人一間大炕房，很大很舒服，重點是要特別感謝龐華偉經理，兒子不小心把電話手錶掉雪鄉了，是龐經理幫忙找來並立刻給安排順豐快遞寄回家了！服務沒得説！給他點贊👍

價格在雪鄉已經是很便宜了，還有早飯，所以也沒什麼要求了，大炕真心有點硬睡不慣，熱得也不均勻，躺着的那麪很熱。

房間非常乾淨。窗户非常乾淨，服務也很好。國營民宿，非常棒，不過攜程有個問題，承諾的小童免費早餐，結果我還是出了小童早餐票，商家説是攜程的他們不知道😂，其他都很好

雪鄉的住宿貴得離譜，這一家的價格已經是最便宜的，性價比還是很高很高的（土豪略過）
讓孩子住上了熱炕頭，別提多開心了
裏面大食堂的飯菜性價比也很高，分量足，價格合理
