Romantic Hotels in Hailin

We chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.

Excellent experience. Location is good, breakfast and tea are good too. All the staff esp manager Lin Jing, Fong Dan Dan and Wang Tao gave very personalized services. Can feel all their positive vibes and energy. They even frozen an ice bucket for us. This is by far the best staying experience we had. My whole family really enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay here.

Hahaha, the old man also heated the kang. It was hot in the house so it was enough to wear light clothes. We ate in the house while playing. We ordered food from the hotel and went into the house to drink some wine. It really felt like the Northeast. The car could not drive into the hotel and had to reverse to get in. I didn't understand it at first, but then I found out that there were so many people, so crowded that I was afraid of hitting others when driving in. I bought the tickets for skiing at Da**zi Mountain from the hotel. The price was good and the arrangement was good. I'm waiting to bring my family here again. It's more than enough for two days.

Booked with lower expectations due to other review , but imho it was decent and price was acceptable , there some smell on the bed but I feel is still acceptable for us , the bathroom didn’t have any bad smell and water is hot. Breakfast was average but good enough to fill our stomach.

Room and toilet were clean and tidy. Toilet was squatting type. We slept on the ‘kang’ but room has warmer and humidifier. Basement room has urine smell especially at the corridor. Shower heater only can supply hot water for one person shower at a time. Second person need to wait for another 20-30min before another wave of hot water supply. Staff was very friendly and kind to us. We couldn’t make it for breakfast for the next day due to the excursion, but staffs provided us with boiled eggs and mantou on the go. The exterior view of the cottage was breathtaking, plus the snowing on the next day makes this place so magical. Recommend to those who wanna experience snowing.

Before the travel date, the housekeeper Liu Bo added us as a friend and asked if there was any help needed. When we arrived, he warmly helped us check in. The room was prepared with local specialties such as frozen pears, frozen persimmons, and snacks. The housekeeper Liu Bo asked carefully throughout the whole process if there was anything else he could help with, which made us feel the fiery enthusiasm of the Northeast people and the quality of professional service staff! The hotel has unified heating. Maybe we are from the south and are not used to the room temperature. At around 9 o'clock in the evening, I told the housekeeper Liu Bo that it was too hot. I didn't expect that the housekeeper would come to send us water and frozen fruits to cool us down after he had already gone off work. I was embarrassed. The friends who traveled with me on this trip to Northeast China have a very good impression of various places in Northeast China. Now both Harbin and Xuexiang are very popular. I believe it is also the result of the joint efforts of the local people. They should receive this overwhelming wealth. Everyone is very attentive! We will come again when we have time. I also hope that everyone will not hesitate to give them a thumbs up after enjoying their warm service. I think our praise will bring them greater motivation to work!

The location of the house is very good, close to the entrance and the plank road; the house is very warm, the layout is cozy, the mattress is comfortable, and the curtains are very good for blocking light; the food is also delicious and the price is acceptable; the housekeeper Tiedan is warm and thoughtful, responsive and welcoming, making the whole journey more joyful~

Bringing children to Xuexiang, the attraction arrangement is a bit unreasonable, you need to go to the unified ticket office to change the bus to enter, there is no problem in protecting the scenic spot, but I didn't say in advance that it caused me to take more things. Fortunately, the young man in the store was simple. He helped my husband choose the largest big box to help us move upstairs without saying anything. This is really not a chicken thief. Then I wanted to change a little water and alkali in the kettle in the house. The result was a new one for me, and I gave the children a toy.

He also introduced the attractions, activity time, etc. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is thoughtfully prepared with wet and dry slippers and disposable toilet disinfection pads. The room is warm. The boss is enthusiastic ❤️, the restaurant on the first floor, the food is delicious. Dishes not on the menu, the children want to eat candied sweet potatoes, which are also specially provided. The price is affordable, and you can also deliver the room to eat on the kang. The waiter is also very enthusiastic ❤️. The location is very good, very convenient in the central block. There are splashing water into ice and taking photos with the silver fox at the door.
