The attitude of the front desk is good, but the work standard needs to be improved. 1. When I arrived at the store at 11 o'clock in the evening, there was no one at the front desk. Someone came after a security uncle called. At that time, there were three groups of guests waiting to check in. 2. Regarding the welcome fruits, they were not given on the first night. When I asked about them on the second night, the front desk replied, ”Only for the first time you stay.” But both of my orders showed that they were given as gifts. Later, the front desk said that there were no more ones tonight, and my child pointed to the crisper and said, ”Mom, there are watermelons here.” So the front desk brought some watermelons and grapes to us.
