我定的是商務大床房準確來説是一張床，我那時候跟我老公過去晚上我們杭州開車過去比較晚。酒店的人晚上9點樣子給我打了個電話，問是不是在他們那邊訂了房間我説是的，然後我跟他們説我們晚點到那邊。但是等我過去的時候他跟我説要給我們房間升級下。我那時候想升級就升級吧又沒什麼。好了進去的時候三個床大是大。但是這種換房間等我們到了跟我們説要換？不能提前電話跟我溝通嗎？後面是入住沒一會過閘，總共跳了兩次，就這酒店價格也不便宜吧？畢竟在那種便宜點的地方你這個價格這個服務我覺得真的對不起這個價格。。杭州隨便找一家這個價格的酒店都比這個好。。反正總體服務啥的不是很愉快再也不會去了。。本來就是外出去嘉興看海玩結果整這一出真的很無語了。。😅視頻是停電的時候拍的，總感覺他們家照片與實物不符，就賣家秀與買家秀唄
