Hangzhou Bay Resort Hotel

The hotel environment is very good and suitable for vacation. The only bad thing is the breakfast. I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast. It is really unsatisfactory and does not live up to the standards of a five-star hotel.

For a hotel with a golf course, the supporting facilities and services are really average. First of all, even the most basic mineral water is limited. Each room only provides a maximum of 4 bottles. There is a charge for more. In fact, the water is not worth a few dollars. Money, but it makes people feel uncomfortable. In addition, the breakfast was very poor. While I was eating breakfast, I heard several customers loudly asking the waiter because they were dissatisfied with the breakfast. Before nine o'clock, the fruits were gone, the coffee beans were gone, and the pastries were all purchased. The packaging was unpacked and placed directly on the dining table without even removing the plastic box underneath. I didn't eat much for breakfast. I picked up a few random foods. The selection of raw materials was not very good. The corn was shriveled and the pumpkin was tasteless. It's probably the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel.
