The hotel environment and rooms were better than expected, and the service was warm and attentive. An An and Xiao Zhang, who were in charge of the front desk, came to the entrance of the scenic spot to greet and send us off. They responded to all requests via WeChat, which added a lot of happiness to our trip to Yanguan Chaole City. The only shortcoming is that the hotel and the entire scenic spot are still under construction. The hotel restaurant and some service facilities need to be improved. I believe the hotel will get better and better over time.

房間不錯，經過溝通符合我的要求，房間很大，空調很足。
酒店服務人員很熱情，古色古香，景色也很美，餐廳中餐有點冷，上菜略慢，但是菜品出乎意料的好，看得出來是精心製作的。
美中不足，紙品較差，和酒店的定位不太符合。
目前景區還沒有很完善，很多地方還在施工，宣德門酒店這邊還好一些，音樂酒店那邊就更荒涼了。

有機會二刷吧，一天根本不夠，可玩性太高了（親子更佳），關鍵人還不多。
但是所有的所有，都是因為宣德門酒店的管家（小王）配合得好，服務到位（全程有迴應），景區工作人員各個態度好（完全不是印象中的傳統景區**相），無論指路指揮都思路清晰態度友好。

酒店去年開業，沒有啥氣味了，服務人員熱情接待，接駁車隨叫隨到，司機都很有禮貌，好天氣加持，怎麼都出片！酒店在景區東北面，坐東線幾分鐘便到了，去大部分已經開的景點就很方便！
3天兩晚套餐本來寫的是不一定每天都有打掃，好在是除夕前入住，客房阿姨也很勤快！整個酒店管理也考慮到了春節的客流量，增加了人手，看的出酒店用心了！
參加了剪紙、篆茶，點香，一家老小都很喜歡！以後如果去觀潮可以再住一下！

酒店地理位置好，位於北大街附近，後門步行僅5分鐘即可到達警察署（記得找前台小姐姐幫忙開門，不然步行走到警察署需要20分種），酒店建築充滿江南特色，亭台樓閣與河景房的木結構陽台相得益彰，陽光灑下時拍照特別有氛圍感，客房間寬敞舒適，面積超過45平方米，佈局合理，衞生間配備雙台盆、淋浴房和浴缸，設施齊全且實用。毛巾潔白柔軟，自助早餐種類雖不及五星級酒店豪華，但該有的都有，滿足日常需求。此外，酒店還提供貼心的管家服務（安安），在遊客服務中心專人接待，服務周到細緻，整體體驗非常棒！值得推薦！

帶着爸爸來過生日，管家黃思齊提前拉了羣，替我預留了車位，發了定位並且在我們抵達的時候提前在大門口等我們，陪着我們辦理入住等手續，帶着我們乘坐電瓶車，得知長者過生日專門安排了房型升級，有了客廳區和陽台，我們一行5人聚會聊天更是開心，酒店在景區內，這樣我們可以避開人流在一早一晚打卡網紅瀑布牆。酒店非常大，景區也是，我們兩次逛着逛着迷路了，管家也會貼心的給我們臨時打開小門讓我們回房，免得長者繞路辛苦。姐姐遊玩的時候遺失了帽子也幫忙費心找到寄回。目前景區還衹開放了一小部分，等以後完全開放了一定要再來打卡。

設施：房間面積挺大乾濕分離，並且帶浴缸，浴缸旁邊會配泡澡袋。床品的話，床墊軟硬適宜，枕頭我睡不慣，不過聽説店內有許多種枕頭可以更改的，有需求的住客可以提出哦
衞生：新酒店，整體還是很乾凈的
環境：庭院式酒店，房間外面就是小河，晚上的景觀非常好
服務：整個潮樂之城的服務都非常好，酒店的工作人員都會主動打招呼，預訂完成後前台會電話聯繫並且添加微信，然後會產生一個專屬的服務羣，我的專屬接待員是小吳，小吳很漂亮，穿着馬面裙的小吳走路的樣子好好看。前台在羣裏也會秒回覆疑問。我訂購的是三天兩夜的套餐，性價比非常高，景區和觀潮公園門票都包含了。去觀潮公園看了兩天潮汐，不虛此行。有任何問題羣裏説都會及時處理好。酒店的中餐廳菜都很精緻，中秋當天用餐還贈送了酒釀圓子。酒店的早餐是套餐式的，有三個套餐可以選。對於人流量不大的情況下可以避免浪費，而且是提前一天就選擇好了，不過上餐速度不是特別快。吃好早餐回房間發現阿姨已經做好客房打掃啦，非常速度哦，心情大好。
住店遊客可以專享景區內的代步車，非常方便，徒步走景點還是有一定距離的。
酒店內的活動，小朋友很喜歡，有興趣的要提前在羣裏預約哦。
