A 5star hotel don’t provide hair conditioner, and have to pay $10 RMB for hair conditioner. The waitress in breakfast restaurant were not friendly. The stay experience was not pleasant.

Every time I come to Haining, I stay at this hotel. The front desk service is very good, the hotel is clean, the room is large, and the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend it.

The guy at the front desk gave me a free upgrade. The waiter upstairs was very friendly. This price is very cost-effective. Parking is free. There is a Starbucks downstairs.
