I've booked into the homestay hopeful for some quite time away from the crowded city and influx of tourists over the weekend. Definitely worth it now. The owner makes sure that what ever you need he gets for you. The view is beautiful, the food amazing. I would definitely highly recommend the Green Homestay for a quite time in the mountains. Rent a bike and explore the surrounding mountains and ocean views. Sitting on the porch with sunset overlooking the garden seeing the animals come to life after a long hot day is worth it. Thank you for the great time.

What a fantastic find. Might be the best value hotel we have ever booked...and we travel a lot. Brilliant setting with two great uncrowded beaches. Three fantastic pools as well. Away from the chaos of the mega construction that is ruining the town proper but close enough to walk there for great seafood restaurants. We were upgraded for free to a one bedroom suite. Wonderul views. Breakfast was top class. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. It is a little away from the center but you can rent a motorcycle or make taxis easy. You can book excursions with them directly. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Very friendly all staff.

L'hôtel est flambant neuf, très grande chambre, très bonne literie, serviettes éponges impeccables et très douces, le tout dans une grande propreté . Choisir les chambres à l'étage si vous voulez voir la mer au loin. Prévoir un scooter ou se rendre en taxi pour aller au centre de Cat Ba. Plage proche de l'hôtel n'est pas propre. Le couple qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement, très gentils ils se mettent 4 pour nous aider. Mais le prix n'est pas justifié car il faut rajouter le taxi . Point faible l'emplacement.

They also organize island tours, and other activities, making it easy to experience the best of Cat Ba. Value: Considering the excellent facilities, friendly staff, and prime location, Republic Hostel offers incredible value for money. It's a must-stay for anyone traveling to Cat Ba Island! Exactly what you see on the pictures, you get! A beautifully laid out setting of cute bungalows gives it the perfect island feeling. There are gorgeous plants everywhere, and the bungalows are well equipped and exceptionally clean! The room is comfortable and quiet. The owner of the homestay is incredibly helpful! ready to drop everything to cater to your needs with a smile on his face! He built this homestay and you can see the beautiful care to detail he put into it. Highly recommend this place to stay! Also lovely to be away from the town and closer to peace and quiet nature surroundings.

Website trip and motel coordinate poorly 1 , washing does not dry clothes, so waiting for a long time is minus when you want to go to the morning bath or take a boat in the morning, accommodation is far away, so consider taking a motorbike or car (no electric car) , pay attention when you want to use the service j should ask about the price (avoid the owner is comfortable until the time of payment is unexpected), note: should actively request the requirements, bed linens, there are mosquitoes at night, should pay attention, pay attention to the sign on the safety wheel (sometimes there is a police when passing the ring standing there). The host also doesn't care much about what guests do, so it's quite comfortable

The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.
