The environment is quiet and hygienic. The breakfast is very rich, and there are many kinds of food to choose from.
The hotel has a complete gym and tea room. The room facilities are quite high-end, and there is beautiful music in the bathroom. There is also a cute robot that can deliver takeaways to the room on time.

The room is very clean and the breakfast is very rich. It is the opening time and there are souvenirs. I was surprised to see Atour opened in Golmud. The room was very clean and the environment was really nice. She responded to every request and answered the phone promptly. I have to give her a thumbs up. The room was spacious and bright, the bed was soft and comfortable, and it was very quiet. The fountain at the entrance of the hotel was also a plus!

The lobby immediately impressed us with its spaciousness and brightness, and the front desk staff were warm and incredibly attentive. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was so comfortable we got a truly restful sleep. A delightful surprise was finding both air conditioning and a humidifier, which was an incredibly thoughtful touch! One of the staff members even went above and beyond by helping us with our laundry, showing incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast spread was also fantastic, offering a comprehensive selection including snacks, main dishes, cold and hot options, plus soy milk and milk – truly something for everyone. Highly, highly recommend! It truly stands out as one of the best memories from our entire trip.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new. There is oxygen supply equipment in the room, so there is no need to buy oxygen cylinders. There is no need to worry about lack of oxygen and insomnia. This is a good point!
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, the bathroom and room are cleaned very well. The breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of options and sufficient portions. I was worried about having nothing to eat because I woke up late.
Service: The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and recommended some places to eat in the town. Because of the tight schedule, I rushed back today and didn't have time to visit Chaka Salt Lake. If I have the chance to come next time, I will choose this place again.
