真的要好好表揚一下這個酒店的服務，開始諮詢他們的時候就很耐心細緻，走的時候還專門贈送了麪包、小點心、水還有濕紙巾等很實用的東西，並告訴我們要經過很長的無人區。完美的彌補了我們對幾個小時無人區準備的不足！酒店在景區裏，正好可以避開大量的遊人遊覽海龜峽和賞落日、升明月，一早起來又第一個找到雅丹之眼，太高興了😀。住在景區裏也比想象中方便，20:00了都還有不少吃的東西。

房車營地離黃金沙灘步行可達，車可以停在房車邊上，可以説很方便了。我們來的有點早，房間還沒打掃完，前台小姐姐一直努力幫我們調相鄰的房車，很周到。退房時送了麪包、水和小零食作為前方進入無人區的輕補給。體驗感很好，有機會的話還會來住

第一次住房車裡，感覺很新奇。我們自駕過來的，買完門票後，車子可以停在房車邊上，拿取東西非常方便。房車裡一共有三張床，住3大1小是妥妥的。衞浴設施就比較簡陋了點，還可以湊合吧。車上配了一次性的浴巾和毛巾，2瓶昆崙山水，2瓶農夫山泉。晚上房車可以開外面的一圈小夜燈，非常漂亮。買的是套餐，涵蓋的項目太多了，全都玩了，簡直太爽了，自助餐直接一根羊棒，我驚呆了😱，非常推薦愛玩的朋友買套餐。

酒店在景區裏面，自駕車在門口報備後可以開進去，直接能停到房車旁邊，很方便。辦理的地方在景區內酒店的中間位置，沒有指示牌，差點沒找到。一開始分配的房車門出了問題，酒店很快幫忙換了個房間。房車內部設施齊全，衞生也不錯，距離景區最近的點挺近的，晚上出去拍了星空，早晨和傍晚都可以近距離看到景色，非常方便。套餐送的項目除了旅拍和駱駝因為時間緊張沒有體驗，其他都玩到了，掃一下二維碼即可，很方便

房車很棒，兩張單人床，還有一張一米五的上下鋪床，我們三個人住綽綽有餘！熱水供應充足，超預期哈！有空調，白天房車被曬得非常熱，進去就要開空調，晚上降温，非常涼快！
傍晚開始沙塵暴，沒想到風沙超級大，晚上還下大雨，房車被吹得晃動！
不足之處:有一張床的被子裏不知道被誰的血🩸染紅了一大片，酒店衹換了被套，裏面的被芯還是血🩸！
另外景區服務比較懈怠！我們開車來的，酒店説可以登記開進去！但我為了登記車牌，被看門的，安檢的，售票的好幾個工作人員指使着反覆跑了幾趟！非常不爽！

遊玩水上雅丹強烈建議住在景區內！！！
我們是先玩兒了察爾汗鹽湖，然後開車前往水上雅丹景區，晚上7點到的。提前買好景區門票和觀光車，在大門換票後登記車號，就能直接開進去。裏面有三個酒店，一個傳統房間，一個是帳篷類，一個是房車。我定的房車，超出期望值，裏面有空調和暖氣，熱水也很舒服。毛巾都給的一次性，我挺滿意，因為自己出門也要帶這些。
房間內、床品也乾淨衞生，除了剛進入有一些比較悶的氣味。
服務：從進入景區到前台入住，然後晚餐、客房服務，所有工作人員態度都非常友善、熱情。
非常滿意的一次體驗

衹能説能住吧，房車上下鋪樓梯壞了，小孩子劃傷了腳，房間裏有蜘蛛網，淋雨門防水墊壞了，洗個澡，房間裏都是水。裏面的房間很悶，一開窗全是沙子，外面的房間還好。晚上風很大，房車在搖晃，睡的不安穩。這些都還好，主要是服務不行，我訂的1480，第二天衹要1180，問價格便宜了這麼多，能不能送2個1.2小朋友的早餐，直接拒絕了，花50一個人買的小童餐券，結果吃個雞蛋都要排隊，關鍵服務還很差，問多要一個煎雞蛋，那個態度，趾高氣昂。早餐麪也沒有，很一般。

第一次進的房間空調壞的！基本沒風！白天房車無法待！換了以後稍微好一點！床上死掉的蚊蟲很多！窗子也是有壞的！之前沒打算評價所以沒拍照！但是第二天的早餐實在令人噁心！忘帶早餐票和服務員説能不能吃完回去拿！前台服務員很挑釁的説“吃完怕是就不給了吧？”説實話，如果不是周圍沒吃的要趕景點就酒店那個早餐質量真是看不上！畢竟連香蕉都要切片的酒店真沒誰了！早餐前台那個胖女人！投訴一百次！
