旅遊淡季來的，房間挺暖和，前台2位女士共同服務前面一位客人，我現在後麪眼皮都不台一下，就這前台是不是該開會了，我以為衹有一台電腦可以辦理入住，我在後麪排隊，結果給我辦理入住的時候用的是另一台電腦，真服了，我前面的人還在和前台砍價，160一間房入住，我在攜程200多訂的，切客真的是一點也不避諱，給你5分是前台的男士，比較愛説話。

這家維也納設備都是新的，各種自動的功能都是可以正常使用的，關鍵是室內温度適宜，不是幹蒸🥵，也不會冷🥶。舒適度一級棒。前台引導也怪好的嘞👍

去大柴旦辦事，再次住維也納酒店，還是不如既往的好，前台還有歡迎水果，歡迎茶，前台小姐姐態度很熱情，還給免費升級了房間，房間很大，很乾凈，暖氣很舒服，總之很滿意，以後來大柴旦還會住。🥰🥰🩷❤️

沒有空調，不通風，晚上特別悶熱，風扇聲音很大。水龍頭位置不對，盆子接不住，水到處灑。服務0.5分送給前台小哥哥，要瓶礦泉水不給，説沒有，結果走回房間服務員推車裡一件一件的農夫山泉地放在走廊。

1，先説説床品衞生吧：掀開被子一看床單正中間是皺巴巴的，灰乎乎的，個人認為上面客人離開後未換床品，導致我一晚上睡在被子上面，僅僅掀起被角蓋肚子；
2，想在書桌上記錄一下，使用枱燈，結果那就是個枱燈，脖子抬不起來，就是個擺設，關鍵也不美。
3，洗衣服用個衣架，夾子是壞的。
4，我訂的房間是標間，含雙早，辦理入住衹給一張餐票，真心服氣了，有史以來衹遇到你家一家這樣式兒的。我一個人還不能定標間了，還不能吃兩份早餐啦？
5，有一説一，不好就是不好；好就是好，唯一一個優點就是房間純凈水充足，管夠。
總之很鬧心，住宿再也不會選擇維也納。

入住後發現房間居然還有前面客人遺留的內褲，交涉時態度也不好，反複電話朝服務員確認，估計擔心故意誣陷，確認後沒有道歉的誠意，退了一百元錢。一次性拖鞋是臟的，製氧機顯示屏是壞的，房間600多一晚的標準間，價格不便宜。早餐屬於能吃那種。不知道高分評價是咋來的。是這次旅程同價位最差酒店。

服務特別差勁，房間臟，地上還有煙頭（照片裏沒有是老公嫌惡心踢走了），入住當天前台有個小夥態度不錯（能給這一分也是因為這個小夥），第二天早上女服務員跟餐廳女服務員態度惡劣，退房半天前台沒有人，小一千的房費，這麼差的服務，住了這麼多次酒店，首次差評送給你
