This is the worst hotel I have encountered during the trip. One of my companions did not bring his ID card. The entire flight, attractions and accommodation were replaced by electronic ID documents and driver's licenses, which was smooth. However, when he went to the front desk of the hotel, he asked to go to the police station to apply for a temporary ID card. I said that the airport, Mogao Grottoes and other places are OK, so why can't you do this? The front desk replied very politely that we are backward, but it is not OK.
