設施：很一般，房間據説是地暖，但是我感覺不到温暖，差點凍感冒，沒睡好。衹有一次性毛巾，本來就冷，那麼薄的毛巾沒什麼用，出來冷得發抖。馬桶也不好用
衞生：很一般
環境：除了是在景區裏比較方便看日出日落，其餘都不咋樣，很國營的一家賓館，晚上八點多到酒店，前台都沒一個，黑燈瞎火的。
服務：完全沒服務，除了開房登記後就沒有前台，早餐更加差，員工和駐軍有肉包子吃，我們衹能吃小花捲，還不是自助的，看到隔壁桌自助的包子沒吃完，想要一個都不給，還不讓我們坐那邊開了燈的桌子，住客衹能坐在沒有燈的桌子啃饅頭。很官僚很國營，感覺早餐的炸雞塊是不是德克士前一天剩下的。

酒店在景區內，需購買門票方可開車到酒店。前台服務不錯，房間毛巾浴巾均為一次性用品。房間衞生有待提高，訂了三間房，一間洗手盆旁有上一位客人的洗臉巾，一間馬桶裏有上一位客人的擦手紙。房間沒有空調和地暖，但10月底入住不會覺得太冷，床上有電熱毯。

衞生：太差了！早上想用棉簽，結果發現慎人的東西，看見有一根毛髮直接粘在粘合處，這個毛髮從外觀看，都不像是頭髮的？那是哪裡的？ 🤮關鍵是，這種條件要784元/晚，當別人是冤大頭吧。
設施：沒有空調，馬桶位置不合理，上個廁所，側身上的。淋浴房漏水，算他們有點自知之明，提供的是一次性浴巾。
環境：早餐不吃也罷！
服務：沒有電梯，更沒人搬行李。
最令人生氣的是，我是要退房時才發現的，由於急着趕路，就聯繫攜程客服幫我解決。反饋：酒店方表示，我已經離開了，所以沒有賠償方案。
就他們這種反饋，我在酒店的時候也不會給予正向解決吧！
這家店不要住！！！！

到水上雅丹心想下午4點進景區玩，晚上就不走了，可是酒店連空調都沒，也沒暖氣，晚上零下5度，在房間裏冷死了，後來叫工作人員拿了個電熱毯過來，淡季價格是490，實在不建議入住，

非常滿意，不管是服務還是住宿體驗都很好，房間足夠大，房間裏乾淨整潔，沒有異味，從辦理入住開始，工號006的工作人員就全程熱情又貼心，很有耐心，非常不錯的一次體驗。
雖然價位稍高，但是在景區裏不用着急可以看日落時候的水上雅丹，還可以欣賞早上日出時候的雅丹美景。這錢花的值，推薦！

酒店乾淨寬敞，熱水非常好，床品也非常舒服，睡的很安穩！在景區有這樣的酒店解決了趕路的煩惱，還能安靜的欣賞景區的夜景和日出，很滿意！特別感謝前台小姐姐007號接待員，帶着我們看房間，給出非常務實的建議，還提供給我們附近景點的遊玩狀態，幫着我們避坑，謝謝🙏免費升級不算，退房還送了伴手禮，很周到，謝謝🌹對了酒店的咖啡糖特別好吃😋

買的套票，裏面很多不合理的東西，房間很小，有點像小縣城裡的賓館，沒有電梯，爬樓梯拎行李箱。套票裏的越野車必須要等到人拼車才可以走，不然就包車600，等了四十分鐘都沒等到，回去吃自助餐説有人願意拼車了，可是不想等我們，最後也沒拼成。裏面的遊艇項目，十幾歲的大孩子都不允許自己上，必須要再買大人的票陪同，問就是未滿十八歲，一張票160，這規定就有問題。趁早改一下。
