Jiaxing Kaiyuan Senbo Holiday Park

Very good experience. I have heard that Senbo Family Resort Hotel is great. My colleagues have recommended it to me many times (my colleagues went to Moganshan and Hangzhou branches). This time, Ctrip happened to have a special offer and I stocked up on coupons and went to check it out! The drive from Shanghai is about 100 kilometers. We took the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, where there was a section of road that was under a lot of maintenance (three lanes became two lanes), so it was a bit easier to drive past it. If you are driving there, it is best to make travel arrangements in advance. The geographical location here has mountain, sea and lake scenery. The holiday car is relatively hidden. We drove very deep inside to see the true face of Mount Lu. It turned out to be hidden in the mountain. There are plenty of parking spaces in the underground garage. We arrived on Saturday and there were quite a lot of guests checking in at the hotel. The rooms are divided into odd and even numbers, but the front desk didn't tell us, so we asked two service staff members before we finally found a room. (The room number is 8***, we thought it was on the 8th floor, but 8 is just a number. If the last digit of the room is an odd or even number, it is on the east and west sides respectively). I will deduct points for this. We stayed in a twin room in the west wing without a terrace. The windows could be opened (for good ventilation) and it faced the mountain. The mountain was also very clean, with green trees, tea trees, shrubs and so on (because there was garbage on a lot of the mountains). The sanitary ware, bathroom and bedding were also very high-end and comfortable. It's really rare for me to stay in a hotel without a headache (I'm too familiar with my pillow at home), but I basically slept soundly during my two visits here. The hotel offers many entertainment activities, such as musical fountains, bonfire parties and some hosted activities in the evening. We didn't experience them due to our own schedule, but we still had a lot of fun. The catering is also good, but the quality of the food can be improved. Finally, the experience was good, and I will bring my family back if I have the chance.

He took the initiative to help with luggage, patiently answered questions, and his attention to details was so heartwarming! The room facilities are brand new and complete, the smart home is super convenient, and the space is spacious and bright. I chose Senbo with my family and stayed for three days and two nights. The housekeeper Xiaoqiu contacted us on WeChat the day before and sent us travel guides and various reminders. She helped us solve the problem of breakfast. On the second day, Xiaoqiu made the room card for the houseboat we stayed in and took us to the new room. She also helped us with our luggage and solved many problems for us. Xiaoqiu also packed lunch for the third day and sent it to the room. The service was really great and enthusiastic. The kids loved playing in Fantasy Island and the water park was great. The hotel's food also has local characteristics. The room facilities are also very new. Senbo will not disappoint! Before we left, Xiaoqiu gave us two large dolls. The happy journey ended.

The overall experience was very good. The housekeeper Xiaoshu accompanied us throughout the stay and helped answer questions in a timely manner. He was very enthusiastic! The houseboat was very lifelike, and the two-story loft was very comfortable. I think the houseboat is one of the better room types, with a good view, close to the water, and well-ventilated rooms. It was clean and the kids loved it. They were so excited when they entered. The area is large, and you can take the shuttle bus back and forth, which is available at any time. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very good, and the pickled vegetable and shredded pork noodles are delicious, worthy of being recommended by Mr. Yu Hua! The travel photography was provided as a gift, but I didn't take it because of the lack of time. I will come back to experience it next time if I have the chance. The Nanbei Lake is next to the hotel, and we also took a train. The scenery is amazing, it's a 4A-level scenic spot. Great value for money, Kaiyuan is a family-friendly hotel, which it does very well. Jiaxing Kaiyuan Senbo Resort is also a great place to take your kids out! This time I stayed in the Slide Mushroom Room. The room was quite special. My kids liked it, but it was a bit small. The service is very good, the housekeeper and the shuttle bus are very enthusiastic. The Yiqi travel photography here is also very good. Teacher Xiao Wu is very patient and cute, and the results are very good👍

The overall property is good, the room is very clean, and the cabin has been upgraded for free. It is the first time I have stayed in a room with floor heating. It is warm and has a large floor-to-ceiling window. The vacation butler is obviously very considerate, introduces carefully, and solves any problems in time. The only bad thing is that the hot spring changing room is too small, and a group of people are crowded into a place of more than ten square meters to change clothes. . .
