JIAXING SENBO NATURE PARK & RESORT

This was my first time at Kaiyuan Senbo, Jiaxing, and our butler, Puff, provided such warm service. We requested an extra crib upon check-in, and it was promptly provided with everything we needed. The water park has a shallow area specifically designed for young children, so the water depth is very safe. The hotel is surrounded by a quiet environment with lush greenery. The prices within the resort are very reasonable, offering great value for money. You can find everything you need for dining, entertainment, and activities all in one place. It's truly a hassle-free choice for families with kids.

Sembly Kaiyuan Jiaxing is our top choice for a one-stop family vacation! The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, with a spacious dining area and options catering to both adults and children. A big thank you to our butler, Puff, for her thoughtful care and prompt assistance with all our inquiries throughout our stay. The package included unlimited access to the park, which had plenty of attractions to keep the kids entertained. The lush surroundings provide a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.

🌟 The photography package at Kaiyuan Senbo Resort in Jiaxing was absolutely amazing! I brought my twin babies and unexpectedly unlocked a fantastic photo experience. 🥰 The hotel grounds feel like a fairytale forest, surrounded by lush greenery with a full 'forest' vibe – every shot is picture-perfect. The photographer was incredibly patient and great at engaging the kids, capturing their interactions beautifully. Their expressions were so natural and lively, not stiff at all. The retouched photos are high-quality, with soft tones that perfectly capture the babies' cuteness and the calming atmosphere of Senbo. Plus, there's a short video to remember those dynamic moments. The service was attentive and professional, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. This trip created such precious memories for our family. I highly recommend it to all moms with kids – it's worth visiting again and again!

My first stay at Kaiyuan Senbo was a great experience. I brought my cat, and the front desk staff politely informed me that pets aren't allowed in the main building. They automatically upgraded us to a forest cabin free of charge. Knowing that my elderly companion had trouble with their legs, they arranged for room 9003, which was quite close to the lobby. The room amenities were good; the fridge was cold enough, and the toilet and shower were separate. There was even USB charging, and children's toiletries and a footstool were provided, all great details. The duvet was just the right thickness, which I really appreciated – I hate it when hotel air conditioning isn't strong enough and the duvet is too thick. However, the pillows were a bit too flat. On May 30th, during checkout, a staff member driving by offered to take us directly to the parking garage. Overall, the service here was excellent, and our butler, Xiao Bai, was always checking in on our needs.

Excellent service, all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast had a great variety of options suitable for babies, and my child had a wonderful time. There were lots of activities for kids to participate in. It's also very close to Nanbei Lake and the small camping ground.

We made a last-minute decision to stay here for a night with our child. Since we didn't bring much with us, we opted for a family-friendly hotel. The overall design is clearly geared towards kids, with special small bathrobes, toothbrushes, and footstools. The room was clean and spacious. Right next to the hotel is an amusement park, and hotel guests get a discount, so we could go play anytime, which was very convenient. We stayed for two days and one night, and our child wanted to go to the park every day. The amusement park itself was very clean, and many staff members were incredibly diligent and responsible. The hotel also has some themed rooms which are really beautiful. It was only at breakfast that we realized how many guests were staying – I hadn't noticed it before. It felt like the hotel management was very good overall; there was no sense of chaos or disorganization. The room also came with a butler, and Puff (泡芙) was particularly excellent. She was very quick to respond and resolve any needs we had. Extremely thoughtful. Our child was incredibly happy with the stay, and we hope to have the chance to come back again.

We stayed in the Senbo Room with friends and brought our kids along. We didn't go anywhere else, as just playing at the hotel was enough, with the water park and Fantasy Island. The kids love playing in the water, so we chose the water park. The water quality was decent, looking quite clear. If you're going to the water park, be sure to bring your own slippers! I missed this important piece of information because I didn't add the butler's WeChat in time. The water park shop sells slippers, but they're a bit pricey, so bringing your own is more economical. For meals, we primarily ate at Yanlai Xuan. The prices were reasonable; they had both expensive and affordable dishes. We ate there for several consecutive meals. There weren't many takeout options available. We had planned to have the buffet dinner, but it probably wasn't open due to low occupancy. The hotel provided a complimentary Qiyi photo shoot, which helped us capture some wonderful photo memories. There are many scenic spots at the hotel, perfect for taking pictures, which was great. After adding the butler 'Paofeng' (Puff)'s WeChat, I found it to be much more convenient. She thoughtfully provided reminders about the water park's operating hours and breakfast times, and we could directly ask the butler if we had any questions. Every time I was about to ask her something, I'd find she had already sent a helpful reminder, haha, very thoughtful. Remember to add the butler's WeChat in advance! Also, the hotel breakfast was excellent! They had pretty much everything I wanted, very rich, with mini zongzi (rice dumplings) and rice balls, plus a dedicated section for babies. There was plenty of seating and it was very spacious.

The service at Kaiyuan Senbo Jiaxing was excellent throughout our stay. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the breakfast selection was quite diverse. Our dedicated 'little butler' was incredibly attentive, sending us sightseeing tips and proactively following up on any requests during our stay, with quick responses. They even gave our child a gift upon checkout. What's more, when we accidentally left a toy behind, they promptly informed us and arranged for it to be mailed back. Truly outstanding service!

Our stay at Kaiyuan Senbo Hotel in Nanbeihu, Jiaxing, was an absolutely amazing experience, perfect for families and especially those with infants! The hotel's setting is superb, nestled within the Nanbeihu scenic area. It's surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful lake views, with a tranquil and pleasant garden. The resort is quite large, but a free shuttle service makes getting around effortless, even with a stroller. It's wonderful for leisurely walks and enjoying the fresh air. The family-friendly facilities are excellent. The indoor 'Fantasy Island' and the year-round heated water park are fantastic, and the fully padded design ensures high safety for kids. There are plenty of pet interactions and parent-child activities, giving parents a much-needed break. I particularly want to highlight how well-suited it is for infants. They provide complimentary cribs, playpens, and baby toiletries. The resort has well-equipped nursing rooms, and the restaurants offer baby food (though I don't recommend the 68 RMB portion at Yanlai Xuan; the breakfast buffet has many great options for little ones). Traveling with young children here is completely stress-free. Nanbeihu Lake is right on your doorstep; you can walk to it from the hotel's west gate. The lakeside boardwalk, strolls by the water, and boat tours are all easily accessible. The scenic mountains and water create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, making it ideal for a short getaway. Just outside the west gate, there's also a deer camp, but that's an additional charge. The hotel even offered a complimentary travel photoshoot! There was no upselling, and the photos turned out beautifully – I couldn't resist adding a few more! Finally, I must give a huge shout-out to our dedicated butler, Puff! Her service was outstanding, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Before arrival, she proactively shared a guide and explained activity routes. During our stay, she was incredibly responsive, arranging baby essentials and ensuring we had a suitable room. Any request was handled immediately, making our entire stay wonderfully happy. Overall, the facilities, environment, and service are all top-notch, offering great value for money. It's our first choice for a family getaway and is already on our list for a second visit. Highly recommended for families!
