Very close to the station. The room has few electrical outlets. Overall it is considered very clean.

When I checked in around 3pm, I arrived at the hotel to catch the ropeway to see the night view of Mt. Hakodate. They kept recommending buses leaving from the JR station, but there was no information that the ropeway was out of service for inspection. I only found out about this when I made the effort to go to the ropeway station parking lot in the evening. What a shame! Other than that, there were no particular issues, except for the noise made by motorcycle gangs in the middle of the night.
