To be fair, wasnt able to stay in the hotel since realised only 1 day before check in date that
- there isn't luggage holding or storage available
- yamato does not pick up luggage from here
- go apps does not help since no taxi driver accepts pick up from this location
As we were travelling as a relatively big family with more than 6 big luggages and owner did not response to my reachout timely, the location and inconveniences to arrange for transport resulted in us changing our itinerary and missing out on staying in the hotel. We feedback to owner and Trip.com for mitigation if we can get some refund back, but to no avail.
All in all while we understand its not owner's fault, I do wish they could reply promptly on enquiries and also review their cancellation and refund policy.

とても大満足な施設でした。好きなタイミングで温泉に入れ、サウナもしっかり高温になり、家族みんなで大満足な温泉旅行となりました。
食事は持ち込みしてBBQもできました。
食洗機があまり綺麗にならなかったですが…
良い施設でした。

不建議不會日語的朋友了 不太友好 郵件也沒發 還好我先生日語比較好後來和客服溝通的 有洗衣機但是沒洗滌劑 窗外露台吃燒烤 還沒吃就被飛蟻襲擊了 其他都還不錯

地圖標籤非常準確，入住環境一流，所有物件設施都非常新，猶如全新一般，自助入住方式非常方便，房間對出已經有齊所有要晚餐的東西！同事有足夠空間，讓一家人有不同的活動，最特別就是房間內有私人溫泉和桑拿！可以再去！

空間很大！但只適合自駕遊！地點滿近桃源台纜車站！
自助入住，因為是villa的關係，基本上沒有任何服務🤣
10點退房所以沒有訂早餐，退房後直接去外面吃早午餐
