A prefecture residents discount has started, so I took advantage of it straight away. Even though the Seisho Bypass is closed due to construction, I was able to get there in about an hour from my house. This price includes a soak in the hot spring and all-you-can-eat and drink. What could I complain about? The front desk was friendly, and the open-air bath was comfortable. However, the open-air bath only had two shower areas, and it was a bit of a pain when two people occupied it for a long time. The food was average Itoen fare, but the chef here seemed to be cooking carefully. Rather than a huge variety of dishes, I liked the hot dishes that were served in small bowls and frequently replenished in small amounts.
