The hotel is indeed a bit old, but the maintenance is OK. The room is spacious, the food is satisfactory, and the service is good. The room is close to the elevator, which is noisy. After communicating with Ctrip, we solved it! Overall satisfied

Due to the limited number of rooms (20 rooms in total), Hakone Ginyu is known as one of the most difficult hotels to book in Hakone. This time I was able to successfully book by chance, which was an unexpected surprise. The actual experience was indeed in line with expectations. The private hot spring in the room was great, and taking a bath facing the valley not far away was indeed a wonderful experience. The breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel are also very good, highly recommended 🌹

This time I stayed at Caiyun on the 2nd floor. There is a beautiful mountain view outside the hotel balcony. The service is also super considerate. The breakfast and dinner are super rich. It is suitable for vacation~
