Fufu Hakone

Fufu may be too hyped. After staying there, I felt that it was not as expected. First of all, the room is not big, the layout is not very reasonable, the overall dark and cramped, the hotel itself occupies a small area, there is no landscape and activity space, the configuration is no different from the 4000+ hotels, but there is no free lounge water bar, no activity space, the hot spring water feels quite satisfactory, and it is still indoors, which feels stuffy. Fufu is located halfway up the mountain, very close to Gora Station, but it is very tiring to climb up the hill. The hotel has a pick-up station, but please note that the hotel's phone number and Internet phone on Ctrip cannot be dialed. You have to call the phone number on the hotel business card I attached. The hotel's waiters are very serious in service. The hotel's ginseng food has always been highly praised, but after tasting it, except for the variety, the taste is not very good. The 7000 room rate includes meals, but there is no alcohol, so you have to order it separately. If you choose slightly better dishes such as steaks and whole fish, you have to add 200 each. In short, I feel that a hotel that costs 7,000 RMB a night has a very low cost-effectiveness. If it costs 4,000, I think you have to evaluate its rationality as it is too inflated. I do not recommend booking it for more than 4,000.

The hot spring is the only one with 24-hour constant temperature circulating water. It is the same temperature anytime and anywhere. It is very good. But!! Talk about the shortcomings. Fufu Ctrip should be corrected to Fufu, which is the same name as the fufu chain. This name caused me to not know that Hakone opened Fufu at first, and Ctrip did not mark the opening time. I don’t know whether the hotel is new or old! In addition, the phone number on Ctrip cannot be dialed. I only know that the phone number is limited to local Japanese phones when I arrived at the hotel. Ctrip told us that there is only Japanese food for our dinner, but the hotel butler actually told us that we can choose Teppanyaki, but it was fully booked when we went there, including breakfast the next day. We didn’t eat Western food. In addition, the hotel’s garden is very sloppy.. There are also weeds outside the window. So compared with other hot spring hotels, I can’t take good photos and can’t get pictures out.

The hotel has good service, beautiful environment and delicious food. There are Chinese-speaking staff. I stayed for two nights and didn't want to leave. This is the most satisfactory hotel in this trip to Japan
