If you are into convenience then this is s great hotel, 100 meters from the Happo One Ski 🎿 lift. Great bar, we had fun. But rooms seriously bare Zero amenities in room And a big set of stairs to get to the lift.. A massive shout out to the Amazing Australian staff that keep this hotel pumping. And Olivia and Kira that went above and beyond to help me with my bags. Breakfast is like being at summer camp 🏕 I really had to laugh, enjoy your boiled egg.

Gondola hotel is so convenient. It’s next to the Gondola and next to restaurants . The reception staff are so friendly ( thank you Mark and all reception staff ), help you with all enquiries etc. complimentary breakfast .they did a lovely group dinner yesterday ( Japanese style hotpot ). The view from the room is awesome.

Huge Bug fly around the room. Lack of hotel toiletries, No drinking water in the room Old- noisy heater. No hair dryer No tissue paper No cleaning service daily Poor quality breakfast. Same everyday Ridiculously overprice compare to the service

Nothing in the room, just towels, tissues, a fridge, and a toilet. No large bath, only a shower. Most of the guests are foreigners. Only foreign staff are available until 4pm. It is difficult to arrange a home delivery service. No parking, 1000 yen a day nearby. The heating in the room is adequate. Breakfast is just bread and coffee, but it is adequate. As the name suggests, it is close to the gondola station. Wi-Fi is only available in the meeting room. There is a vending machine at the entrance. If you don't have dinner, there are not many places to eat nearby if you prefer Japanese food.
