I have been staying at this hotel and I cannot say enought excellent things that this hotel has to offer. From hotel manager, Wassim Abboud, to Chef Hikmat, to front office manager Joelle, to food & beverage manager, Fadi, and the concierge, Hamed, I truly cannot say enough good about the quality of service. I feel like I am at home. An excellent feature besides the GREAT staff, the location, seaview, and the view is beyond heavenly. The maintenance and cleaning of the hotel and rooms are beyond excellent. THANK YOU for making my stay most pleasurable.

The worst place I have ever booked The building is falling apart, walls are not painted, It location nearby the sea. but you can't swim in the sea because the sea is full of big rocks. لكن لا يمكنك السباحة في البحر لأن البحر مليء بالصخور الكبيرة. not enough lighting no kettle as it was listed in the booking no microwave. no swimming pool for the season The room was noisy. .the pool wasn't available as the pictures were shown 😕 the level of hyiegen in the room wasn't so good .Bed not confortable . لم يعجبني شي للاسف تجربه غير مرضيه

The hotel is divided into two structures, one for the standard rooms and another for the suites, given the little difference between the two types, we chose the second to be more comfortable. The main structure with the adjoining swimming pool and all the services externally denotes a certain degradation while the suite structure looks good from the outside the problem is inside the room assigned at the entrance I smell a strong cigarette smell the rest of the room which has the only advantage of the size is in a state of disrepair jacuzzi old stained curtains stained sofa bathroom unsuitable for a suite lack of face towels and requested soap only the soap arrived I would say absolutely not recommended
