Just returned from the Muir Hotel and WOW! This brand new waterfront property has the best location in Halifax with stunning harbor views. The Queen's Marque area feels incredibly safe and walkable with dozens of restaurants nearby, plus their own excellent Drift restaurant.
Facilities are pristine and modern - everything is brand new. Staff was exceptional and you're walking distance to everything while still being peaceful and scenic.
Will definitely be back!

A more than wonderful stay
A wonderful hotel with exceptional service. We did a 4 hours sailing tour which was THE highlight of stay. I am giving a 6 on 5 rating!!! Bravo

Love this hotel
Can’t beat this hotel! Love staying here. We were greeted as loyal guests and received a hand written note and chocolates to thank us for return visits. We love the spa like pool floor. We were slightly disappointed on this visit because there were several kids screaming and splashing in the pool. It would be great to have a sign indicating that it is a quiet zone to preserve the spa-like atmosphere.

It’s pricey, but in my opinion, it’s one of the best, if not the best, hotel in Halifax. Right on the waterfront boardwalk, numerous dining options within easy walking distance.
