GGuest UserWonderful location. We could walk to all our favourite breakfast spots and also stroll around the historic square . We are Brits so we take every opportunity to walk and this Hotel is in a safe area for walking around. The parking under the Hotel is so convenient that we did not mind paying $15.00 per night as it was worth it. Marriott Courtyard is a real benefit to the City of Gainsville which is undergoing a complete renaissance. Really enjoyed our 4 night stay and will return.

BBelentonNice staff. Complimentary breakfast is modest but good quality. Clean rooms and warm shower with Dove products. Convenient stay as it is near to good restaurants as well. You can park your car without extra fee.

GGuest UserThe front desk is very nice and helpful! We have stayed here before and enjoyed it just the same. One thing that was different was the last room had vinyl flooring, and this one had carpet. The carpet had a musty smell, so we went to Dollar Tree and picked up some air freshener.

GGuest UserThis place is safe and clean. No bugs. Housekeepers are courteous and manager will help out and is on property daily. Privacy is great and check in is quick.
