Great location - but that is its only positive. This resort is not as advertised, with unwelcoming staff blocking the entrance to anyone trying to get to their room if they don’t wear a bracelet, even if you booked directly with one of the unit owners (the hotel is a kind of timeshare). There is apparently an ongoing dispute between private owners and the hotel administration at to how much should the guests be paying for accessing the premises, including gym and pool, etc. The result is a very bad customer service to all of us guests, like we are not welcome there. Also, only two elevators for 30 floors is absolutely ridiculous. Many times we had to take the stairs down instead of waiting for 20 min… and our apartment was on floor 27… I could go on and on, but no need to, I am sure the readers have already enough of it! We travel a lot and never seen a place as bad as this one!
