A standard new hotel, which is already a good hotel in Halong. The room size is OK. The front desk staff in the lobby are warm, polite and friendly. They all speak English very well. Seeing that I am Chinese, they also try to speak Chinese. Thank you. There are Vietnamese specialties in the breakfast, such as Vietnamese baguette, sticky rice, fried fish balls, rice noodles, etc. The most impressive thing is that the service attitude of the service staff at each work position is very good.

The location is very good, close to Halong Bay. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the port by taxi.
The smell of new decoration is great.
And the service is so-so, the staff is unprofessional, and the phone never seems to be answered. I booked a room with a bathtub, but the front desk told me that my room did not have a bathtub, which actually should be included. They gave me a room without a bathtub and told me who to go to if there was a bathtub. I coordinated with Ctrip. I couldn't get through the hotel phone for half a day and couldn't solve it. It wasn't until after 9pm that they called me and said they could move me to a room with a bathtub. And I'm going to sleep.
One thing to say, the hotel environment is good, and the swimming pool is particularly amazing. It is the most eye-catching place!
