I stayed here on my way back from a marathon. I have stayed at the National Recreation Center next door for about 7 years, so the quality of the hot springs that made my bare skin smooth was as expected. However, as mentioned in the previous review, there seem to be some employees who are not suited for customer service. I was going for a walk around 6am, so I called out to the front desk and was told to just show my face and leave the room key there. Oi oi, can't you just come to the front desk and receive it? I thought. Of course, this person was the only one who made all the other employees polite and helpful.　 　If you meet even one person like this, you will feel sick during your stay. Therefore 5 stars cannot be given. By the way, I stayed in the cheapest room in the attic, but it felt like a secret base and was perfect for a solo traveler.
