The room is big and clean, with lake view. locations is good if you drive a car. The staff cannot speak English. the staff is not very nice.

We could see Lake Hamana from our spacious room and had a relaxing time. The bed was large and very comfortable.
The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was also delicious. We were able to use the parking lot before our check-in time and go sightseeing around Tatsuyama-dera. Thank you very much.

The quality is low for the price.
At first glance the room looks clean, but the facilities look cheap. It's a mystery why the bedside lights only light up red, blue and green. Who would use them? It's not a hot spring, it's just a large public bath or sento. It's also inconvenient that there is no shower room in the room. The Sichuan restaurant on the first floor is not authentic at all and looks really cheap.

It's near the lake and has a good location. However, the traffic outside on the roadside is very loud at night. I don't understand why there are people running in the corridor for a long time between 7 and 8 o'clock, making a lot of noise, which is very disturbing.

是在浜名湖邊的溫泉旅館，房間非常寬敞、還有桌椅，可惜房間無浴室，無法泡溫泉的人必須到大眾浴場洗澡，訂房時需特別注意「房間無浴室」，離浜松動物園、花卉公園走路即可到達，浜名樂園開車也非常近。
每間房間都有面向湖邊的陽台及窗戶，很適合悠閒度假。
櫃檯會詢問是否使用泡湯設施，每人需另外收150日元，重點是房間沒浴室一定要使用，為何不含在房間費用？當時在辦理入住時僅有詢問是否需要泡湯，因家人不太喜歡泡湯，打開房間才知道只有衛生間，櫃檯先生並沒有提醒房間無浴室，真的要提醒一下住宿客。
隔日詢問櫃檯小姐附近景點，她有親切的介紹👍
