The price for pools varies daily and isn't fixed. I found this place quite expensive, especially the food. The green areas are poorly maintained, with rubbish flying around. Overall, it's disappointing. It can be improved a lot with a little effort.

We were on the road for 8 hours. When we arrived all we wanted was clean rooms and a good time for the family. We placed our luggages in the rooms. We asked for connected rooms as we have little children and we wanted the family to stay together. Unfortunately they were not understanding of the situation even though in our booking we mentioned connected rooms ONLY. Anyhow, we went for a meal and got changed to go for swimming as the kids needed a stretch. My husband and two kids (boy and girl) were going for the swim. They weren’t allowed to stay together as my 8 years old is too old for the men’s pool. They don’t have a family pool!!! On their website, they have a picture of a family in a pool together but in reality they had us separated. So another point for not being family friendly. We wanted to make the best of our stay. One of the rooms smelled like cigarettes so we asked for it to be cleaned. No one showed up even though we called more than once. At 7pm we just gave up. We all stayed in one room and payed for the other room even though we couldn’t use it. I mentioned to the reception that I have allergies and can’t stay in a room with cigarettes smell. I don’t think it is fair we were charged for the room when it was not ready for us to use it and they won’t even come and check the room. I really don’t recommend this hotel for any family looking to have a good time “together”.

The Hilas Thermal Resort & Spa was an excellent experience. We stayed in the Terrace Room, which had an enormous balcony offering wonderful views. The room was beyond spacious and incredibly clean. The staff provided good service, particularly to me as an English speaker, and were happy to assist. Unfortunately, as we arrived very late in the evening we could not take advantage of the spa services, but the amenities looked incredible and I wish we had been able to stay longer. The hotel itself was easy to locate off a main highway using Google Maps. I recommend staying here.

Biz Deluxe soda kiralamıştık fakat istediğimiz kadar büyük değildi hijyen de ortalamaydı fakat manzarası olarak çok güzel bir puan veremeyeceğim konumu güzel fakat Karadeniz civarına yakın eğer biz arkadaşımla ortak puanlarımızı bölersek puanımız 3 oluyor bu konumdaki Otel için ***et güzel bir puan Eğer günübirlik veya iki günden az gelecekseniz öneririmdir.

Otel misafilerini çok güzel ağırlıyor. ben bir arkadasımın tavsiyesi ile gitmiştim. yemekler, havuz, oda kullanımı, personelin güler yüzlülüğü çok çok iyi. dışarıda yakılan varil muhteşemdi akşam. cumartesi akşamları canlı müzik olduğunu demişlerdi ama ben salı güne denk geldim. Müzik ekibi muhteşem yalnız bayan solist olması ortamı türkü bar havası vermiş. sanki masa altında alkol alan ortam havası vardı. arkadasımın ekibin oynattığını çok eğlendiğini söylemişti ama sanırım değişti. sadece bunu beğenmedim, gerisi mükemmeldi.

Tam anlamıyla bir aile oteli.Kaldigimiz süre boyunca başta otel müdürü Gökhan bey ve çalışan tüm personeli vermiş oldukları güzel hizmetten tebrik etmek istiyoruz.Otele girdiğimiz ilk andan itibaren kendimizi evimizde hissettik.Yemeklerin lezzetliydi, personel ilgisi 5 yıldızı hakediyor. Otele girişimizle Kerem be Eren beyin güleryüzlü ilgili karşılamasıyla karşılaştık 2 günlük kısa tatilimiz beklentimizin çok daha üzerinde geçti.. Tüm personele ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı teşekkür ediyoruz.. Dış alandaki havuzların kış aylarında da aktif olması müşteriler açısından güzel olur diye düşünüyorum..
