"Интересные шале, прям рядом с океаном. Рестораны здесь есть, но не много. Сам хозяин готовит завтраки и можно заказать обеды и ужины. Рядом лагуна. В целом все очень понравилось. От тебе заботятся и все делают для хорошего отдыха. Только волны сильные, что невозможно плавать в океане, приходилось идти на другой пляж, где большие камни в море останавливают волну и есть возможность немного поплюхаться)) Место для спокойного отдыха, где мало (почти нет) людей и шум океана."

The room service is average. It was my mother's birthday, so I booked a cake when I checked in. When we had dinner in the evening, the chef and waiter brought the cake and sang to celebrate for my mother, which was very thoughtful. Golf: I decided to play golf on a whim. The playing and tips were very cheap, but renting balls and buying gloves and balls was very expensive!!! It's outrageous. If you want to play golf, at least bring your own gloves and balls. Don't come here to buy expensive ones that make you want to cry. The golf course is well maintained, and the caddies are generally professional but full of emotions."

The peaceful surroundings allowed us to completely unwind without any distractions — it truly felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Right from the start, we were treated to a lovely surprise: a room upgrade with a stunning ocean view. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was pure magic. The food was a highlight — beautifully flavored local dishes with a creative twist. Knowing that everything was sourced sustainably from local farmers made the experience even more meaningful. What really stood out was the hospitality. During my stay, I sprained my ankle, and the staff went above and beyond to take care of me. A special thank you to Lakshitha, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my recovery. This is a place where nature, comfort, and genuine care come together. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to disconnect, recharge, and experience authentic Sri Lankan warmth."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! The natural environment here is fantastic. It's just a 10-15 minute drive from Tissa Lake. I arrived in the morning to the peaceful sounds of crickets and frogs. It was also a full moon that night, which made the scenery even more stunning. The swimming pool is impressively large too. I stayed on the ground floor, which meant I could step right out onto the lawn from my room. The hotel offers great value for money; the prices are reasonable and the rooms are quite spacious. It's noticeably cheaper than hotels situated closer to Yala National Park. I highly recommend booking the breakfast and dinner package. There aren't many other dining options nearby, and more importantly, the buffet is absolutely delicious!!! They offer a great variety of Western dishes, incredibly sweet fruits, and even sushi, making it very suitable for the Chinese palate. For our morning safari, we requested a packed meal from the hotel. It was incredibly generous, including water, various drinks, juice, sandwiches, and cake – truly more than we could finish! Upon our return, breakfast was still ongoing. I explained to a staff member that I was feeling quite hot and asked if I could get a drink. She was very accommodating, assuring me it was absolutely fine, but did clarify that since we had taken a packed breakfast, we wouldn't be able to have another full meal in the dining area."
