Was excited to stay at this property and was so disappointed upon arrival. Front desk staff barely greeted us and it was self check-in on a device. No assistance from desk clerks. The room was shocking-nothing like the photos-run down, dusty with a filthy shag carpeting. The shower flooded the bathroom and there was no shampoo and conditioner.
The downstairs bar was loud and rowdy with mostly locals. The music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation and the waiters were rude.
All together a completely sub par hotel. Spend your money elsewhere.

October get away in Hamburg.
Great breakfast buffet, well maintained with daily cleaning routines. Very calm surroundings, although walking distance to city center.

Fabulous hotel in wonderful neighbourhood
Fabulous hotel. Good sized room, bed & bathroom. Great location & neighbourhood. Just missing a proper gym facility. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Noice from the restaurant (music) was quite annoying as it kept going all evening and atleast up to midnight. Our room was on the first floor. Wouldn't stay on the first floor again.
Checking out was easy through the app or hotel website but didn't work very well on mobile (had to use the screen vertically in order to see all functions).
