The location felt little outcast from the city of Hamburg. Humble staff but no housekeeping. We asked for extra pillow and blanket for our child and they were helpless. Never had such response from any staff. Parking surprisingly also was chargeable. Not at all worth.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center. The breakfast is delicious and the facilities are very clean. The service and staff are very attentive.

Beautiful breakfast room, quiet location, yet excellent public transport connections to Hamburg city center! If you want to see something different in Hamburg, such as Wilhelmsburg and Veddel, this is the perfect place.

The parking lot is gone if you go too late. The room is nice, but there are no slippers.

The breakfast was very good and the harbor bar that served as the breakfast room was very quaint. The location was perfect for us on the night before the cruise, but if you're coming to see Hamburg, you're a bit out of the way. The room was functional and clean, but nothing special. The night receptionist was a bit overwhelmed, but assured us it was his first night, so we didn't want to be too harsh.
