The prizeotel was very clean and suited perfectly my needs for a short stay.

A great hotel in itself if you want to visit Hamburg and be relatively central. We were just unlucky in that we were there on a weekend when there was a marathon on the Sunday. When we returned to the hotel shortly after midnight after our evening program, the hotel parking lot was full and we weren't helped. There were still accessible parking spaces available where we could have parked (especially since we were leaving early the next day anyway). But no, since we weren't offered any parking without having our car towed, we left again at night.

Cleanliness was very poor; there were no toothbrush cups in the room and the hand sanitizer was empty. The pillows were dirty underneath the covers (yellow stains).
My stated request was not honored; I asked for two pillows each, and after asking several times, I only received one. I was treated very kindly upon check-in, but not at check-out. On the day of departure, it was my birthday, and I felt like someone was doing something special for me. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Sorry, never again.
