Good for this price

Great hotel for families with children, amazing entertainment team. They are very friendly and so much fun. Keep everyone busy and make sure all guest are feeling good and have good time. Hotel without them wouldn't be the same. All staff is very helpful and nice. Loads of variety of food. Highly recommended to all.

Great value for money and great facilities, reasonably priced. Really nice entertainment too. Plenty for kids to do. There's always something to choose from at meal times, snacks during the day and the a la carte Italian restaurant is nice too

This was my first time to Tunisia but i will definitely go back just unlikely i will go back to this hotel. Whilst there were many good parts eg staff were super friendly and accommodating Nabil in the shop went out of his way to find my asd son a cup with a straw (as i left his in the car by accident and it is the only cups he will drink from). He went and found one after work & brought it in for me, he also refused any money for it! Nina, Daizy, Fares & Rio showed my son nothing but kindness, running around with him, dancing, playing, teaching him dance moves i honestly couldnt fault any of them! Bar staff were super kind, happy to fill our own cups, happy to cater to whatever we asked (as long as they had the stock) down part is alcohol ran our quickly and is not as strong as the alcohol we are used to. Staff in the restaurant set us up the same table every day and “reserved” it so that my son was in a familiar seat where i could see him whilst getting his food, they also let him walk around the dining area with them and greeting him at every meal time with a huge smile, hi 5 or hug! Unfortunately the food is extremely repetitive and i personally dont think it caters for younger child, children with extra needs or children that will only eat simple food. Whilst the hotel was generally clean and tidy, it looked like it hadnt been upgraded in many many years, lots of thing were broken/falling apart and generally quite shabby. The games are opposite the main bar had most of the games turned off, the pool table was broken and the queues had no tips. Whilst i would go back to this hotel on a girly holiday or holiday with adult family, i personally wouldnt return with my child (which is a shame as again the staff were so so lovely)

Not sure were to start really but here goes. So just to begin I have never written a bad review in 23 years of travelling or have I tried getting a flight home. The hotel is dirty very very dated and is in desperate need of some kind of overhall. We waited absolutely hours for our room on check in day and it was filthy nothing worked we were then moved room after been told I could only use the air con with a screwdriver room 2 was abit better but then after 2 days everything in this room broke so we were moved for a 3rd time which again was a small improvement no cleaner in for the whole 14 days I had to make my beds up with sheets from reception areas all around were just d8wn right grubby cat poo around the pool and on the seats in the bar area drinks are served in cups from a kids party the food being served is luke warm and extremley repetitive. Cats everywhere including dining area were there is food on the floor All of the above was reported to staff but nobody really seemed to be bothered. There was plenty of people there with all the same complaints but I think the cherry on the cake had to be the ***** it was diabolical seeing staff members with it still under there nose when I say staff I mean bar staff and animation team (who's primary job is to entertain children) All we expected was a clean hotel with descent service but you had to tip to get it when actually you should be tipping because your getting good service Toilet rolls and fresh towels is a nightmare Don't lean on the balcony ours was rotten and falling to bits When you make a complaint the staff do not let you speak and are extremley rude. Please avoid this hotel it's dirty and run down and the staff couldn't care less.

The worst holiday ever, what u mean same food everyday, no wifi like shi+ can't even call my familly, no water at the bar u serious, the alchol without alchol that's funny all inclusive? No people don't waste ur money in this hotel please read.... Carefull where u go, sure i know everywhere u find horrible things but this is the most, i barely know what hotels, 4stars is nothing i swear, u trying to do what u can't do...yah the cleaners do ur business and don't stole what is not urs.. We are guests and believe me we know everything. MY RESPECT FOR ANIMATION.. who work hard in this sun.. Big love for nova she left before us.. We love u and miss you keep smiling girl don't lost ur energy
