"The hotel is very nice. The size of the room is suitable for a family of three. You can cook and eat by yourself. There is a supermarket next to you to buy food. It is also convenient to eat. The breakfast is simple and can be ignored. Parking is free, and the parking lot is very large and convenient! 10 minutes drive from Amherst College"
"Breakfast is very good Free parking Service enthusiasm Walking distance to the restaurant supermarket Driving 5 minutes to Wal-Mart, target and other supermarkets"
"I recently booked this hotel to send my children to Smith College for summer school. I didn't expect that the room was extremely small, and the second floor can only be reached by stairs. There is no elevator, so I had to carry such heavy luggage up the stairs. On the second day, no one cleaned up. When I told the front desk, he said that the cleaning person had left. I asked to at least change the towels. This request was still met. It turns out that the cleaning person is not exclusive to the hotel. . There is also very little variety in breakfast. The front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day. When I came back to pick up the kids, I changed hotels."

Great
GGuest User#Praise# Satisfied with nearby activities, safety, lighting in the room, nearby shops, hotel smell, toiletries; the environment is very good, the surrounding vegetation is covered, the air is fresh, and the road is no noise. The room is spacious and clean, for four people. The swimming pool and gym are slightly smaller.
GGuest UserA century-old traditional American hotel with beautiful environment, complete facilities, clean and comfortable. There is a seating area with a fireplace in the hotel lobby, free coffee every morning, and local donuts for guests in the afternoon. The restaurant is also delicious.
GGuest UserThe school is really good, the hotel's hygiene and comfort are slightly inferior to the three-star chain inn outside, but it is also very good. It is strongly recommended to go to the umass canteen for dinner! On the 11th floor of the hotel, you can see the campus's good scenery, recommended!
GGuest UserWe booked the highest priced room and received the lowest priced room. The excuse was: “our policy is that we don’t guarantee the room booked for 3rd party Party bookings. We don’t give refunds, talk to your booking agent.” So much for prepaid no recourse bookings.
Hilton was no help in making this right on the spot. We will see when there’s time to contest the bait & switch. Trip.com was good about offering a partial refund of the difference in cost. However, they want your bank account information to send the refund. I don’t know about you, but I am not willing to send complete banking information to someone in Singapore. So I agreed to trip coins. A sour note to an otherwise great family visit.
A view from the window
GGuest UserAlthough the conditions are very simple, it was very quiet at night and I slept well!
It's about 10-12 minutes' drive from Umass, which is very convenient.
冯冯Going to a nearby university to visit the school, this hotel is a bit biased, but it is very convenient to go to a nearby university. I drove for 15 minutes, but this does not affect the impression of this hotel, the room is large, quiet, breakfast is also compared Rich and worth recommending.
