Booked a table at Kynd to celebrate 9th wedding anniversary. On booking advised of couple of food allergies. On arrival very warm, polite and genuine welcome. On being shown to table staff member asked and checked info on allergies on very positive and supportive manner. Great pre dinner drinks, food ordered and food allergies ch cakes again (kitchen adapted starter to support food allergy, appreciated. Very pleased with the food, it's taste, presentation, friendly staff, great ambience of Kynd. Very much enjoyed dinner choices and pudding (shared tipsy cake, delicious). Will done there again. Thanks to all staff both in kitchen and restaurant, thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

What a stunning venue. From the moment we entered we felt really welcome. Drinks at the bar listening to music & relaxing was great after a drive to the venue. Wine tasting with Max was also really fun & informative. Our room in the main house was really luxurious. Shower was great & so was the bath. Breakfast in the morning was really tasty & treats from the bakery were exceptional.

Kynd Restaurant, we were really looking forward to eating there. Beyond disappointing. We wont be returning. Nothing went right, very bizarre but negative experience. Difficult to find, and then a bad experience with staff and processes.

Stay was ruined by drunk guests entering, yes entering our locked room at 0230 in the morning!!! How this was possible I do not know. On raising the complaint an apology from the receptionist was all that was received. Feeling safe in your room is the bare minimum you should expect!

Had such a spectacular time here during a family event, Tom was so helpful, ambience and food was incredible, I haven't been impressed to this level in such a long time, refreshing to find such impeccable service within the Midlands, I will certainly revisit!

My daughter and I had a 2 night end of week stay before a flight from Birmingham airport. The hotel is only 15 mins from The airport. The staff in the main house are very friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous room - Robert Peel. Lovely views from the windows, beautiful decorations and luxurious amenities. The breakfast was delicious. Available was the usual continental or many varieties of Cooked. We have a Gluten/ Lactose free dietary need and they were able to cope with that. As usual not loads of choice but there was some. We ate at Smoke one evening. The negative of this restaurant was small portions, small venue, limited menu, high price and very high service charge for the level of service. The positive was absolutely delicious food. I would love to stay here again in the future.

This review is on the Bakery not the hotel but there’s no separate bakery on Trip Advisor. We drove a fair way to visit as it looked so cute and welcoming on the website. It’s a gorgeous little building, very cosy. Sadly though not one thing was dairy free. Come on guys 30% of food allergies are for dairy, most bakeries will have at least one thing or more. The staff said they occasionally make some dairy free things but they sell out so quick as they don’t make much. There’s a clue right there - make some more perhaps. So we just ordered tea and coffee and bought a loaf. The tea was dreadful, like the weakest tea and with bits floating in it. To be fair I should have just asked for another but at this point we decided to just go and left the drinks behind. Really disappointed as we were hoping for that cost Sunday morning tea and pastry vibe.

Outstanding 2 days at The Manor! We loved everything about our stay - the utterly delicious food with unexpected wine tasting experience, the comfortable & beautifully designed interiors, luxurious bedding & pillows & the kind & attentive staff. Our room was exquisite with a glorious view over the gardens. We love the story of The Manor & every visit feels like such a treat. Looking forward to returning.
