There are ********* people working and vacationing in the hotel. It feels very friendly. There are many things you can ask for. You will not miss any opportunity to experience the hotel. The best hotel in my 11 days trip in Japan North East! The food is the best amongst others hotel and also the service. The staff could hear my chop stick dropping on the floor and bring another one to me. Also, they helped me to clean the snow on my car before leaving! It’s a very good experience and highly recommend to visit there.

I am a US traveler on business. I have visited Kashoen before and based on my experiences it is the only hotel I will ever stay at in Hanamaki. The hotel staff are the kindest, most caring, and passionate people I have met at a hotel. The amenities are fantastic, the hotel food is phenomenal, and my stay is always relaxing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a nice nature trail nearby with a river that is beautiful as well. If you are in Hanamaki or are looking for somewhere to enjoy a peaceful weekend at, I suggest Kashoen.
