新開的精品酒店，環境非常棒，設計感十足，網紅打卡機位很多，可以體驗遊艇上島，度假感十足。房間很大，氛圍很棒。服務人員都很親切、友好，園內景點都可以隨時接送，早餐也很豐富，非常值得體驗。

設施：通過朋友的朋友圈選擇這裏，整體環境都很好，整體設計特別好，看的出來是特別用心。
衞生服務：這就一言難盡了，首先窗簾打開，下面整個都是臟的，再者，你們提供煮咖啡機，我準備使用時，發現裏面放出來都水全是臟的，應該之前客人使用過，難道都不清洗嗎？我當時給服務人員講了，你們也來看了，也不説拿去洗清或者換一個，還問我，有意見就反饋，已經説了啊！窗簾下面的衞生沒有做好，我不介意。但咖啡機這麼簡單的事也不解決。第三：房間裏面提供了2小盒餅乾的，我們確實入住的時間比較尷尬，當想點外賣時已經2點，剛好外賣都不接單了，吃了2盒餅乾真的還是餓，我們就對服務人員説，我們確實有點餓 ，能否再提供一點，但現場人員告訴我們是不好意思，提供不了。我就想問問，一晚900多的房費就是這樣的嗎？不是我捨不得點餐啊！另外再説一下第二天早上用早餐，我真的想發火😡，本來提供的餐食就少，咖啡都不能續杯。還要收費。我又不是來喝你的下午茶，對不？
另外你們下午6點時把我們送到了對面，本想在哪裡用餐的，結果沒有合心意的，就逛了一下準備回來，然後與客服聯繫，結果師傅已經下班了。你們就不能清晰一點告訴住客，泊船的時間嗎？
總體上述：發生這些問題沒有一個管理者來與我們溝通解決。我想問問，花這麼大的本錢投入，你們的管理就如此拉胯嗎？我再來就是豬。
不過有一説一，泊車的小哥哥的服務不錯，這點值得表揚。以上全是真實體驗

這家酒店的整體體驗真心不錯，度假氛圍特別濃厚，硬件設施和軟件服務都很出色，非常值得推薦！
要説可以提升的地方，服務員們態度很積極，能看出他們努力想把服務做得細緻周到，這份用心值得肯定。不過在標準化業務培訓上似乎還有進步空間，要是能進一步強化專業化訓練，服務品質肯定能更上一個台階！

週末帶孩子出來放鬆一下，孩子玩的很開心，房間很有設計感，小度全智能化特別好，孩子跟小度聊天聊一晚上，特別值得稱讚是服務態度特別好，每一位小姐姐都是笑臉相迎，熱情洋溢，這比我在其他一千多的酒店好很多，就是天氣太熱了室內項目比較少，還沒有完全開發起來。早餐很不錯直接送到房間來，可以坐在窗邊看着湖面吃早餐，心情愉悦。唯一缺點是入住時發現廁所上一批客人的馬桶都沒沖，邊邊都有點臟，還好帶了便攜馬桶墊，除此之外床品也有點味道，希望後續來體驗會更好。

新開的酒店，設施完備，服務熱情，體驗不錯。有幾處需要完善：
1、沒有一次性馬桶墊
2、早餐份量偏小（圖中我們是倆成人吃的倆大一小的份量，7分飽，天熱基本沒怎麼動，要是運動游泳後，肯定不夠吃）
3、房間空調出風口正對着床頭，調到最小風量也會吹頭
4、入住當晚正好趕上物業業主包酒店場地開晚會，泳池裡被沒素質的人丟的到處是垃圾，可惜了泳池當天下午才放的新水，太臟了，沒法游泳。
5、40近度的天氣，完全沒法去玩酒店送的户外活動（農場，高爾夫，遊樂園），建議根據實際情況調整，這種天氣，可以給換乘室內項目，例如療愈課，普拉提，送兩杯特調飲品酒品。
