Very nice and clean hotel in the middle of shopping and eating area. Smart room with voice control for most of the appliances including the curtains. Nice breakfast provided.
One thing to improve is to have fridge in the room.

It should have been a happy stay. We chose Baiyun Hotel on New Year's Eve because it was newly opened. However, the air conditioning was too bad. After checking in, the air conditioning was turned on for three hours and the temperature was 14 degrees. Then I went to the front desk to report the situation and applied for a room change, but was rejected. The front desk arranged for the engineer to debug the room and said it was fixed. However, the temperature was still 14 degrees from 7 pm to midnight on New Year's Eve. There was no way to make it until dawn, and arthritis was also induced. It was an "unforgettable" stay.
