Our extended family has booked 10+ rooms on two occasions in the past year at the Garner Inn and Suites. The rooms are always very clean, the staff is very accommodating and the common area is great space for family members to gather. I recommend this location to family and friends.

The room and entire facility were very clean. Our room was spacious. Pretty pond out back. Great full hot breakfast! Omelets, potatoes, sausage, and much more. There was even a massage chair in the lobby. Came for the Hobo Days Festival in nearby Britt.

Be sure to confirm the price before booking. The website listed the price per night at less than $100 but the actual price per night was more than $157 per night. Soft beds and underwhelming small TV. No breakfast left by 9:00 a.m. We were disappointed to say the least.

Cleaning staff stole Apple Puck charger from guest room! When they were called to reconcile, they said their staff didn’t do it but only staff and guests were in the room. It could only have been Celine the cleaning lady! Sad to hear that they didn’t cherish the business that could have been repeat customers.

BEWARE YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS MAY GET STOLEN BY CELINE the maid! My husband left his Apple puck phone charger and USB-C port on the night stand and when he returned that night they were gone and replaced with an anchor brand charger! When talking to the manager he said he talked to Celine and she denied taking it and basically told us we must have left it in one of our bags! Do you really think we would drive back when the manager was to be in and go through all this just to make it up? Manager was very rude wasn’t willing to make it right! I would really think twice before staying here if I were you!

This was a great place to stay when visiting family. Super clean, friendly, and front desk associate was great help. Breakfast was hot and homemade rolls tasted great! I highly recommend this hotel. The bed was extra comfortable!!

Visited as part of a long distance bike trip. Garner Inn was a very nice stay on multiple aspects: clean rooms, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast and even cookies in afternoon. For the price, Garner Inn is in the top 10% of places I've stayed.

We were greeted with a smile. The rooms were clean. They had some of the softest towels I’ve ever used at a hotel/inn. We were there under family health issue. A few days later from our stay, with them knowing our families outcome of health issue. They called offering to save us a room as they know we were 2 hrs from our home and knowing we would be making that trip again. The thought of them remembering us and making another to make sure if we needed a room we could get one. That was over and beyond what most hotels would ever do. If you ever need a place to stay please consider Garner Inn.
