The hotel's handling of this matter was just a slip-up, not proactive, irresponsible, and indifferent. After asking about the progress, I had no idea. The person in charge called me in the evening of the next day and said that the cancellation of our itinerary the next day due to the hotel had no causal relationship with them. The contractual relationship between the consumer and the hotel only existed for one night's stay, awesome. The relationship is clean and tidy, please think twice about this kind of hotel.
