很不錯的酒店，從前台服務到客房服務都很熱情，尤其是客房經理服務更好，衞生也很不錯，比較乾淨，房間很大，有落地窗，好像空調不能制熱吧，地下地上停車場都有，早餐也可以，衹是攜程上訂的什麼小禮品，需要給前台要才給，而且價格屬實有點高，建議價格再降一下

這是我第二天又住了這個酒店，房間隔音好，這個酒店不論是衞生還是環境都是不錯的，服務很周到，各方面管理的井井有條，到邯鄲博物館和叢台公園都很近，旁邊不遠還有個大超市，也是自駕遊最好的選舉，離高速也不遠，早餐也不錯

給大家推薦一下邯鄲這家麗怡酒店，距離高鐵邯鄲東站非常近，出站步行即可走到酒店！酒店大堂非常乾淨整潔，服務人員熱情有禮，辦理入住非常快！酒店屋內環境非常優質，智能馬桶非常贊！房間寬敞明亮，通風順暢，設備齊全！三五好友可以泡茶品茶～酒店周邊環境也很方便，近萬象滙商場步行600米即可吃飯逛街！特別點贊一下酒店管家小王，在預訂後就主動對接客人對房間需求，即使很晚了也耐心解答我們的問題，專業周到的服務態度，值得信賴！

酒店非常好，從硬件到服務都很好。房間大，智能控制，洗澡水很舒服，還貼心送了洗臉盆，衞生的給了袋子。趙經理為人熱情服務到位，我們一家五口出行，刻意給升級了房間。整體非常滿意👍下回來邯鄲還會住。另外，大堂還有漢服免費租借，衣服品質都很好。非常貼心了

房間寬敞明亮，床品舒適，乾淨衞生。前台服務熱情，早餐也還行吧，咖啡機不好用。
自駕車停酒店地下車庫，免費2小時，超過2小時需要喊前台出來繳費抬桿，不夠方便。

這家酒店是新的，位置也好，就在東站附近。樓下就有湘菜館。吃住都方便。特別提出表揚的是服務員、前台人員都很熱情。停車也方便，是免費的。

下午三點多入住酒店，定的房間有迎賓水果一份，晚上9點多了還沒送，打電話問，回答正在做，做完了送，10點45了還沒送！！又打電話問，回答今天太晚了，不然明天早上送吧😠，早上9點退房了，水果也沒送，問前台，回答怕早上打擾😱，我也真是服了！！！凌晨12點多了，有一羣人在門外大喊大叫把我吵醒，打電話給前台，回答説他們喝多了，入住體驗不好！
