酒店服務熱情周到，所有服務人員都很禮貌，走的時候手機忘在房間，幸虧及時聯繫我們，前台小姐姐人美心善，有求必應，下次來還會選擇這裏入住。房間寬敞舒適，設施較新，非常好的入住體驗。還有免費洗衣，免費停車。

如家商旅酒店（邯鄲東站鴻商大廈店）24年年底剛剛開業，全新裝修，設施齊全，配備了洗衣機和烘乾機，地理位置優越，距離邯鄲博物館4公里左右。酒店客房寬敞明亮舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，前台客服張瑤服務態度很好，超出客人預期，值得讚揚！
